In both 2023 and 2024, we had the pleasure of organising Lee Wrangler’s teambuilding events. Two editions, two completely different settings, with one shared goal: bringing the team closer together in a unique and unforgettable way.
No standard paintball or highland games, but real live experiences that energise. And yes, we absolutely delivered.
When the request came in for a first teambuilding, we were over the moon. A strong brand with a stylish look and feel? That calls for a teambuilding just as on-trend and unique. We developed the concept Escape to Nature – Live Outside the Ordinary and found the perfect location: a treehouse park, far from the hustle, deep in nature.
The program kicked off with a long outdoor table for 60 guests, filled with jars of fresh salads. After that, each team member chose their own path: kayaking, mountain biking, or the ropes course. With hot tubs and natural saunas nearby, relaxation was never far away.
In the evening, guests gathered in cosy tipis for cocktails, a lavish BBQ, and an acoustic performance by the campfire. Top-tier togetherness.
The second day was just as much of a hit. Picture this: walking with alpacas, a dried flower workshop, a wine tasting on the estate, and an inspiring talk by pack leader Stefan Goris, right in the heart of the forest. His story about meeting the sled dogs was the perfect closing moment to a two-day journey filled with connection, adventure, and storytelling.
The whole picture made sense: from location to timing, from styling to content. The atmosphere was genuine, warm, and real. And one thing was clear: this couldn’t be a one-time story.
Lee Wrangler wanted more. And so, in 2024, a new edition followed. One with the same expectations, but one major challenge: topping the year before.
For the second edition, we took a different direction: from forest to water. We introduced Club Kontoor as the new concept: a luxury, all-inclusive vibe inspired by the Club Med-feeling, created exclusively for Lee Wrangler employees.
The chosen location was Oesterdam; with waterfront views, stylish lodges, and all the space needed for next-level experiences.
The look & feel of Club Kontoor was visible in every detail: navy blue with cream accents, welcome kits in the rooms, personalised lake house signs, branded captain’s hats, coasters, menus, and a fully styled rooftop.
After a light lunch and check-in, guests jumped into a series of challenging teambuilding activities. The winning team was rewarded with a thrilling RIB boat ride, complete with a healthy dose of adrenaline.
In the evening, we welcomed everyone to the rooftop for a dinner dressed in white beach chic outfits with the sunset as a stunning backdrop.
Cocktails in hand, straw hats on heads, and a live band in true Buena Vista style set the perfect mood. A one-of-a-kind setting that felt like a , tailor-made for their team.
On day two, we set off on a boat tour in Yerseke, passing by the oyster beds; complete with a live demonstration. Back at Oesterdam, guests were treated to a surprising cocktail workshop held in a warehouse filled with impressive boats. An exclusive and laid-back way to wrap things up.
One thing’s certain: the bar has been raised once again for the next Lee Wrangler edition.
