What does working with Whisk look like?

Every collaboration with Whisk starts by listening. We dive into your story and brand, your goals, and the message you want to share. Based on that, we develop a concept that makes sense; creatively as well as strategically. Throughout the whole process, from creation and production to execution, we stay in close contact. We involve you in key decisions, provide regular updates on content and budget, and ensure a transparent, smooth collaboration. You know your brand. We bring it to life.

After your briefing, we get to work right away. We organize an internal brainstorm with our Whiskers, and our creative team develops concept slides and mood boards to make the story tangible. Based on the chosen concept, we select the right partners to help bring the idea to life.

We request tailored quotes and compile everything into a detailed, transparent budget. If desired, we also brief our design team to create an initial event visual that captures the right atmosphere.

We bundle all of this into one clear presentation, concept and budget included, and present it to you, live or via video call. With your feedback, we refine until everything clicks.

Absolutely. We believe small events can be just as powerful. Intimate, personal, and with the same impact as a large-scale production. There’s no minimum budget; we fully tailor our approach to your needs, as long as expectations and budget are aligned. Tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll think along with you.

Yes, definitely. Depending on the project, we involve our trusted partners: carefully selected experts in their field, from caterers and furniture/decor suppliers to stand builders and stagehands. This ensures quality, reliability, and fair pricing. Have your own preferred partners? No problem. We’re always open to meeting new collaborators.

We also have an in-house creative team to support you with graphic design, communication, and 3D visuals; always in close collaboration with our project managers.

Absolutely. At Whisk, you decide how far we go with you. Need only a creative concept? Or just someone to handle the production or coordination? That’s all possible. Whether you want to stay hands-on or outsource everything, we adapt to your needs. But we do prefer bringing your story to life from start to finish.

It depends on the complexity and scale of the event. Smaller experiences can be ready in a few weeks, while larger, more integrated projects often take a few months. We prefer to get involved as early as possible. That way, we can co-create a strong, creative concept with enough time for alignment, preparation, and high-quality execution.

Our collaboration starts officially once both the quote and our general terms are signed. From that moment, we shift from concept to production.
Our invoicing happens in three phases:

  • 30% deposit upon confirmation
  • 40% two months before the event
  • Final invoice for the remaining balance one week after the event

This ensures full transparency and a smooth journey from start to finish.

After each event, we organize a thorough evaluation. Together, we reflect on the flow, review whether key goals were met, and collect valuable feedback for future projects.

We look at metrics like attendance and engagement, and discuss your experience. If desired, we can also set up a participant survey. This gives us honest, direct feedback to help make future editions even stronger.

Absolutely! Our expertise goes well beyond Belgium’s borders. We regularly organize events abroad and are officially recognized as a travel agency, allowing us to offer full-service incentives. Thanks to our network of trusted local partners, both in and outside Europe, we ensure smooth production, creative experiences, and that essential local touch, wherever the project takes us.

At Whisk, we aim for a smooth and close collaboration. We take as much off your hands as possible, but we believe the best results come from mutual trust and involvement.

That’s why we’ll ask for your input at a few key moments; like the briefing, concept approval, budget sign-off, communication choices, and final coordination. Do you have a brand book or company presentation? We’d love to receive it right from the start so we can head in the right direction from day one.

Furthermore, we’ll provide a clear timeline and regular updates throughout the process. Pre-scheduled status meetings make it easy to know exactly when to expect input from us, keeping you in the loop without overwhelming you. Everything runs on a clear retro-planning with agreed deadlines.
