With Luminus Academy, we aimed to create a first-of-its-kind event with Luminus: no traditional training, no dry summaries, but a dynamic mix of learning, experiencing, and connecting.
Together, we developed an entirely new event concept that perfectly aligned with the target audience: accessible, unconventional, and packed with energy.
The briefing challenged us to think beyond the typical format. Who are the guests? What truly resonates with them? We deliberately chose a non-traditional venue for this type of event and fully rebranded it to reflect the Luminus Academy atmosphere.
Everything was aligned: from the music selection and energetic host to the branding, catering, and setting. Always with respect for the values and identity of Luminus.
The educational modules, developed in close collaboration with the expertise and input from Luminus, were translated into a dynamic show flow. Storytelling, atmosphere, and entertainment were seamlessly integrated, keeping guests engaged effortlessly.
During the walking dinner, an inspiring energy filled the air; even before the main course was served, people were already dancing. Dancing wasn’t on the agenda, yet a spontaneous party broke out. Perfectly capturing the balance between knowledge and experience.
With an enthusiastic host and a live female DJ, the energy was electric from the first minute to the final moment. No forced workshops or dull presentations; but short, powerful moments that made a lasting impression. A setting in which everyone felt included, and where the community of Luminus sales agents truly came to life.
The first edition of Luminus Academy proved that a strong concept always begins with collaboration. Together with Luminus, we contributed not only in terms of content, but also created an experience that was both brand-enhancing and deeply human. Not an endpoint, but the beginning of a new tradition that sales agents are already looking forward to.
