Sustainable thinking starts with ourselves. In our office we take daily steps to reduce our ecological footprint.

  • We use tap-water dispensers to avoid plastic waste.
  • Our office is equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting.
  • We encourage carpooling and cycling, and are transitioning to hybrid and electric vehicles; with our first fully electric car already on the road.
  • Our entire event planning process is digital: efficient, accurate, and with significantly less paper use.

  • We promote sustainable transport for both team and guests.
  • Catering features local, seasonal products, in collaboration with partners who actively fight food waste.

    We encourage mindful choices from participants, including a no-show policy to help reduce waste.

Sustainability at events

As a full-service experience agency, we take our responsibility seriously. Not just to inspire, but to truly contribute to a greener event industry. Take a look at three of our events where sustainability took centre stage:

Whisk: The Grand Opening

For the opening of our new office, we joined forces with Coeur Catering, a partner known for weaving sustainability into every detail. The event was styled with circulair meubilair from Levi Party Rental, made from repurposed materials. Instead of a traditional generator, Sense Audio-Visual provided an bbattery-powered energy syste for a greener power supply.

The result? Less waste, more experience, and an event where we led by example; proving that sustainability and strong live experiences go hand in hand.

Samsung Unpacked 2023

Here, sustainability wasn’t in the background; it took centre stage, and people noticed. Invitations were printed on seed paper, and the venue was heated using energy from fermented green waste. Disposable materials were swapped for thoughtful, meaningful choices: no plastic carpets, but real grass. Every element was chosen with purpose, for its impact and for the story it told.

And it paid off: this project earned us a Golden BEA Award in the Sustainability. category. A recognition that proves sustainable choices can lead to award-winning experiences.

Beaulieu International – Flanders Flooring Day 2024

This was an event where sustainability ran through every detail. From wooden signage to QR codes replacing printed materials, and chalk spray as an alternative to disposable visuals. Every element was intentional and reusable.

Together with Beaulieu, we chose less waste and more smart, creative solutions with lasting value.
