The destination: the elegant Pestana Palace in Lisbon: a 19th-century palace overlooking the Tagus River, with a garden that feels like a hidden park.
From the very first moment, the atmosphere was just right. In each room, guests were welcomed with a personalised itenerary, a local treat, and custom Conway luggage tags. Shuttles were fully branded, and the service was spot-on. The trip kicked off with a warm welcome reception featuring local port wine and Portuguese cuisine; the perfect start in a sun-soaked city.

Day four was intentionally left open: guests received tips and personalised suggestions to discover the best of vibrant Lisbon at their own pace.
