SWEDEN & FRANCE SUMMITS 2023-2024.

In 2023 and 2024, Atlas Copco entrusted us with the organisation of two international summits.

Each event had a different purpose, location, and target audience; but one clear common thread: strengthening connections within the organisation.

2023 - PTBA SUMMI VÄSTERÅS

For Atlas Copco’s Portable Air division, we designed a summit in 2023 set against the stunning backdrop of Västerås, Sweden. Around 200 managers from across the globe gathered for a multi-day conference in a setting that struck just the right tone: warm, refined, and thoughtfully curated.

The content took centre stage. Attendees were immersed in inspiring keynotes, delivered on an impressive 17-meter-wide screen in a venue that was technically and visually tailored to the message. As an added surprise, a live act brought an extra burst of energy to the plenary session. A perfect balance between learning and experience.

DESIGNED TO CONNECT

We took care of the full program design: from plenary sessions to side activities. Content-driven moments were balanced with more relaxed experiences, including a typical Swedish teambuilding activity and a scenic cruise on the water. The result? Not just knowledge sharing, but genuine connection between participants.

BUILDING TOWARDS THE FUTURE

A key highlight of the summit was the live demonstration of the workshop of the future. A mobile setup powered entirely by solar panels and battery packs. Bringing this installation on-site was no small feat, but the result was both impressive and perfectly aligned with Atlas Copco’s sustainability ambitions.

WORK HARD, ROCK HARDER

The cherry on top? A spectacular party with live music by The PowerRocks; a band made up of Atlas Copco employees. Colleagues who had strengthened each other professionally during the day were now side by side on the dance floor at night. A true display of community spirit, and the perfect ending to a memorable summit.

2024 - IF SUMMIT ANNECY

In 2024, the next summit took place. This time for the brand-new Industrial Flow division. Following several acquisitions, the moment had come to bring all partners and colleagues together. The setting? The elegant Palace de Menthon, nestled on the idyllic shores of Lake Annecy.

GAMIFIED & PERSONALISED

The central goal was to get to know one another and fully immerse in the Atlas Copco culture. To approach this in a playful way, we developed an interactive sticker book. Participants collected stickers by engaging in conversations with colleagues; a creative icebreaker with a big impact.

FUEL FOR THOUGHT & CONNECTION

Alongside interactive workshops and inspiring sessions, there was also time for refined gastronomy and relaxation. Guests savoured delicious meals, engaging conversations, and a variety of enjoyable activities set against the beautiful lakeside surroundings.
