DEPLOYMENT MEETINGS 2022-2025.

Since 2022, Whisk has had the honour of organising the annual Deployment Meeting for GB Foods Belgium. What began as a practical gathering quickly evolved into a full-fledged live experience; growing more creative, bolder, and more on-brand each year. Every event starts with one central theme, carried through down to the smallest detail. From the first save-the-date to the final award: everything fits, everything comes alive.

2022 - HIGH ENERGY

The very first edition was all about energy and team spirit. GB Foods wanted a lunch combined with a deployment meeting and teambuilding. We proposed “High Energy with GB Foods” as the central theme, and built every phase of the event around it.

Our proposal for the save-the-date became a literal energy boost: a custom-branded energy drink wrapped in event branding.

The concept carried through the entire event. Yellow and orange accents defined the styling, along with powerful quotes. The plenary session ended with the Charge Your Batteries” teambuilding: fast-paced challenges where teams recharged their battery through energetic tasks. The collaboration clicked immediately, and the client was ready to go even bigger the following year.

2023 - STORE WARS: MISSION DEPLOYMENT

For the 2023 edition, we went all-in with a Star Wars theme. “Store Wars: Mission Deployment” became a creative mission with a playful wink to the client’s universe, and that of George Lucas. Guests were welcomed by Chewbacca, Yoda and a stormtrooper, and could take pictures with their favourite heroes.

The theme was reflected in every aspect of the event: from lighting and presentation slides to the soundtrack and the speakers’ outfits; all appearing as Star Wars characters. The event also featured an award show, highlighting achievements in a fun and memorable way. The team’s feedback was unanimously positive: motivating, surprising, and refreshingly different.

2024 - WE ARE ONE TEAM

In 2024, the focus shifted to collaboration and team strength. The central theme “A Winning Team – Stronger Than Ever” celebrated positivity, drive, and unity. Everything centred around winning the race together. Inspiring quotes, a sporty visual identity and medals as awards boosted the energy and left a lasting impression. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the message came through loud and clear: we’re stronger together, and that’s worth celebrating.

2025 - DARE TO BE BOLD TOGETHER

The 2025 edition kicked off with a nod to Ocean’s Eleven’s heist films. In a custom opening video, the leadership team took on the role of a bold crew preparing for their mission. The main challenge of the event? Cracking the vault.

Through knowledge questions, interactive polls and team collaboration, participants worked to uncover the right code word. At the end of the day, the vault was opened and the awards were revealed; the perfect closing moment to a day full of energy, teamwork and bold thinking. This edition once again proved the power of a strong creative concept to fuel motivation, engagement and team pride.
